By providing your mobile number to Bourbon Street Barbers ("we," "us," "our") — for example through the sign-up form at bourbonstreetbarbers.com — you agree to receive text messages from us at that number. This is our SMS/text-messaging program.

2. What messages you'll receive

Messages may include:

• Promotions & offers — your opening discount and other marketing offers, news, and events.
• Appointment & account messages — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages based on your activity with us and the offers we are running.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

You opt in by entering your name and mobile number on our web sign-up form and submitting it, which is your express written consent to receive the messages described above at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the number you provide.

6. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us (the keywords STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT all work). After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation text and then you will receive no further messages. To rejoin later, reply START.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us using the details below.

8. Carriers

Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
